These terms summarize how Generate The Letter is intended to work. They are written in plain language so buyers understand the service before creating or unlocking a packet.
Product scope
Generate The Letter creates letter drafts and downloadable packets from the facts you provide. It is not a law firm, attorney, medical provider, credit repair company, or guarantee of any outcome.
Free case readout and paid case
You can create and review a case readout for free. $9 finishes one saved case, including the complete request, PDF, DOCX, TXT, email-ready copy, case tracking, follow-up, and up to 3 response updates. There is no monthly subscription.
Your responsibility
Review every letter before sending it. Remove anything that is inaccurate, incomplete, private, or not appropriate for the company, office, provider, bureau, or recipient receiving it.
No invented legal claims
The app is designed to avoid adding statutes, deadlines, penalties, diagnoses, credit-reporting rules, or legal claims that were not provided by you. AI output can still be imperfect, so you remain responsible for the final version.
Account access
Paid cases stay tied to the email saved on the case. After payment, save an account password so you can reopen paid cases from the My cases page. If email links are not configured, manual recovery requests can be recorded from the login page.
Payments and files
Stripe handles checkout. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by this app. Downloads remain locked unless the saved packet has a completed payment.
Support and refund questions
Use the support page for checkout failures, download problems, account recovery, duplicate charges, or refund questions. Include the packet email and any Stripe receipt, checkout session, packet link, or payment reference you have. Duplicate charges or failed unlocks can be reviewed against Stripe and app records.
No subscription cancellation
There is no recurring subscription to cancel at launch. $9 finishes one saved case. Creating a different case later requires a separate purchase only if you choose to finish that new case.
