Privacy
Generate The Letter is built around user-provided facts. This page explains the current data flows in plain language so buyers understand what the product stores and processes.
Information you enter
Draft fields can include names, email addresses, account references, dates, amounts, support history, documents described in text, and requested outcomes. Sensitive fields are marked in the builder so you can avoid oversharing.
Information we avoid asking for
The medical-records flow does not ask for detailed diagnosis information. The credit-dispute flow does not ask for Social Security numbers. You should not enter passwords, PINs, full SSNs, or information that is not needed for the letter.
How drafts are stored
Drafts, previews, paid unlock status, revision state, owner email, and account recovery records are stored in the configured database so previews, downloads, revisions, and account access can work.
AI processing
Draft facts may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate or revise a letter. The prompt is designed to use your facts and avoid unsupported legal, medical, or credit claims, but you should review the result before sending it.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Stripe. This app stores payment session references, unlock status, provider name, and amount, but it does not store card numbers.
Account recovery
If you save a password after payment, the password is stored as a hash. If email access links are unavailable, manual recovery requests can be recorded from the login page and reviewed by admin support.
Operational data
The app records basic funnel and attribution events, such as preview creation, checkout clicks, payment completion, downloads, recovery requests, and support submissions, to understand whether the product is working and to help resolve buyer issues.
